프로그램 개요

Remnant University 목회사역 비학위 과정(Diploma in Pastoral Ministry, DPM, 목회사역반)은 다락방 전도운동의 흐름 속에서 성경적인 전도 신학 중심의 목회자 훈련을 위한 프로그램입니다. 이 과정의 사명은 237나라와 5000종족 가운데서 시대를 살리고, 현장을 치유하며, 세계복음화를 향한 하나님의 절대 계획을 이루어 갈 다민족 목회자, 전도자, 평신도 지도자를 세우는 것입니다. DPM은 Remnant University의 M.Div. 프로그램과 동일한 핵심 커리큘럼 위에 견고한 성경적·신학적 기초를 세우고, 복음의 절대 언약을 삶 속에 각인하며, 전도를 삶의 뿌리로 내리고, 평생 목회와 전도 사역을 위한 사역 DNA를 형성합니다.

지원 대상

  • 복음 전도의 언약 성취를 비전으로 품고 목사 안수를 준비하는 목회자 및 전도자 지망생
  • 전도운동 속에서 차세대 제자와 지도자를 세우는 데 헌신하는 장로, 집사, 렘넌트 리더
  • 말씀 선포, 가르침, 현장 사역, 치유 전도에 적극적으로 헌신하는 선교 사역자 및 평신도 지도자

프로그램 목표

  1. 성경적·신학적 기초 – 성경 전체를 언약과 전도에 연결하는 복음 중심의 사역 틀을 세운다.
  2. 핵심 사역 역량 – 237나라와 5000종족을 향한 설교, 가르침, 상담, 제자훈련, 리더십, 선교 전략을 훈련한다.
  3. 현장 사역 통합 – 멘토링, 현장 훈련, 선교 여행을 통해 말씀을 실제 사역 현장에 적용한다.
  4. 섬김의 리더십 DNA – 사고방식, 삶, 사역이 복음과 십자가로 형성된 리더를 양성한다. Gospel and the cross.
  5. 시대·세계 비전 – 미래 전도자를 세우고 사도행전 1:8의 비전을 성취하는 교회와 선교를 이끌 지도자를 준비한다.

프로그램 주요 특징

  • 90 credit hours (non-degree) with the same theological depth as the M.Div., contextualized to field evangelism and church planting.
  •  100% online delivery combined with personalized field ministry assignments and mentoring.
  • Core curriculum includes Bible, theology, evangelism strategy, pastoral care, and leadership from an evangelist’s perspective.
  • Tests and assignments for each course are not required, but attendance (submission of lecture summaries) and participation in Christian Service—focused on healing, missions, and discipleship—are mandatory requirements.
  • Capstone preaching/ministry project centered on the covenant, evangelism, and Acts 1:8 vision.

  • Biblical Theology of Mission – Tracing God’s Redemptive Plan from Genesis to Revelation
  • Old & New Testament Survey – Covenant Themes in the History of Redemption
  1. Systematic Theology 
  • Foundations of Systematic Theology – Covenant & Redemptive-History Framework
  •  Doctrine of Christ & Salvation – The Gospel as the Center of Ministry
  • Ecclesiology & Eschatology – The Church’s Role in God’s Final Plan
  1. Practical Theology
    Distinctive Feature of DPM:
    Unlike many seminary programs that offer general ministry skills, the DPM’s Practical Theology courses are strategically designed to train next-generation spiritual leaders for evangelism, missions, and the gospelization of the next generation. This reflects the heartbeat of the Darakbang Evangelism Movement, equipping leaders not only to serve local congregations but to transform the field, raise future disciples, and fulfill Acts – Homiletics – Preaching the Gospel to the Next Generation & Nations

입학 자격

  • 고등학교 졸업 또는 이에 상응하는 학력.
  • 전도 사명을 알고 있는 지도자의 목회 추천서.
  • 소명과 목적 진술서(언약 비전 포함) – 하나님이 부르신 소명의 간증, 전도 언약 성취를 향한 비전, 그리고 이 과정이 어떻게 현장·세대·열방을 살리도록 준비시킬지를 포함.

과정 기간 및 언어

  • 기간: 일반적으로 3년(풀타임) / 사역 병행 파트타임 학생은 연장 가능. 
  • 수업 언어: 전 세계 지도자 훈련을 위해 영어·한국어 완전 이중언어 진행.
